Seriously Joe.
Tuesday after all the hope from being on the lowest dose of dextrose since 8am with stable sugars alllll day, come 7:30pm Tuesday night, his sugar drops to 35. SERIOUSLY JOE.
Pediatrician says she's not impressed but check it again in 2 hours, feed him every 2 hours, check him every 4 hours again instead of every 6 hours.
9:30 his sugar is back up to 49.
There shall be no sleep again tonight. (There wasn't & once I passed out hard core while feeding, woke up to the nurse waking me up, scared the poop out of me, biggest fear is dropping him).
......and to top it off, the hugs ankle bracelets for security monitoring of the babies in the maternity ward is malfunctioning and the hallway alarms to indicate a baby being taken from the wing keep falsely sounding about every 5 minutes.
